The Legacy Center can be rented Monday thru Saturday until 10 PM .

Audio and Video sound equipment is available upon request and the cost will be incorporated into the overall rental fee.

Available areas for Rent: WHBLC Museum area, the adjoining Hallway and the Courtyard.

The following item is required for contract approval for scheduling an event at Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center:
A signed agreement of the FACILITIES RENTAL USE AGREEMENT and the terms set out on the form. Once availability is confirmed, please mail or email the completed form to the Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center.
